Young Peoples services:

CLDF has a growing range of services for teenagers with a liver condition. Developed with you and for you and led by our young persons officer, these include:

  • Phone/text, Facebook and email support
  • A series of leaflets on issues such as alcohol; smoking; bullying; sexual health.
  • Reflections sheets to explore your thoughts and feelings of a range of topics including your liver condition, taking medicines and going to clinic
  • Event programme for young people to meet, share and have fun
  • Bi-annual National conference and family day on the first Saturday in October every two years
  • Residential trips

CLDF is currently fundraising for:

  • Services for adults diagnosed with a liver condition in childhood
  • Packages for young people moving to adult services
  • Make the most of your education project
  • Other residential events and trips
