
Young Peoples services:
CLDF has a growing range of services for teenagers with a liver condition. Developed with you and for you and led by our young persons officer, these include:
- Phone/text, Facebook and email support
- A series of leaflets on issues such as alcohol; smoking; bullying; sexual health.
- Reflections sheets to explore your thoughts and feelings of a range of topics including your liver condition, taking medicines and going to clinic
- Event programme for young people to meet, share and have fun
- Bi-annual National conference and family day on the first Saturday in October every two years
- Residential trips
CLDF is currently fundraising for:
- Services for adults diagnosed with a liver condition in childhood
- Packages for young people moving to adult services
- Make the most of your education project
- Other residential events and trips
