This series has been developed so you can use them to help explore how you think and feel about an issue or problem. You can use the sheet in any way you like – and you don’t have to complete it all at one go. You might want to do this on your own or with someone else. There’s also space for you to do your own thing too. Once you’ve had a go you may want to share or talk about it with your nurse, doctor, family, friends or the CLDF young persons officer. Or, you may want to keep it to yourself.
What you complete on your sheet is about you, at this moment in time. At another time you may feel or think differently. You might want to look at the sheet you’ve done before and see if you think and feel the same or do a new one and compare. If you want another sheet, just contact CLDF.
